Kolahoi has been owned and enjoyed by the same family for the past 18 years, and has spent many good times in Florida and Bahamian waters. It was purchased from the estate of Ray Creekmore, and he was the only other owner—as well as the designer and builder—of this sloop. Kolahoi's hull was repainted in October 2005, and she was totally refurbished in the early 1990s, including rewiring (DC only) with new electric panel, new bow rail, new fuel and water tanks, refrigeration, bow pulpit, and dual anchor pulpits. Other Kolahoi details include:
